Learn 7 Killer Tips that will Maximize Your Free Affiliate Marketing

“If you really want to maximize your earnings as an affiliate marketer then this is the way to go. But you have to push yourself and make an action of change.
” – Moh Youing

————————————
Affiliate marketing is such a powerful entity that many people don’t know where to start online. Some people even over look this very powerful method of making money. Affiliate Marketing is when you make a commission from a product you are promoting. Like for example lets say you are selling an e Book about ” How to cure athlete’s feet.” The price of this product is $40.25. And you make a 50% commission every time you get an order. Lets say a customer buys this product, guess how much you get paid? You get paid 50% commission so that means you make a quick $20.25. So know you see how affiliate marketing works.

I am going to show you 7 real powerful tips on how you can maximize your earning potentials. If you follow these tips accordingly and work them properly I promise you will see the results I did when I aided them.

Tip #1: Article Marketing Is Still in the Game – Article marketing is also a powerful strategy for free affiliate marketing. You hear those down stories that article marketing is dead, but come on its all lies from people that didn’t push it right. This is a very powerful way of marketing. The key to maximizing on true potential is to make sure your article stays between 400 to 700 words. Also this is important you should always contain the keyword in the title and in every 100 words in the body of your article. This will really help with your article marketing.

Tip #2: Keyword Research – Always do proper research before choosing your keywords. When choosing a keyword you should choose low competition keywords because they are much more easier to rank for. And if your keywords are on a product you should also collect some buyer keywords. For example “buy Advantrax, Advantrax review.” Those type of keywords are easy to make sales on because people that searches those terms are usually ready to buy immediately.

Tip #3: Traffic Exchanges – This method is another great way of building a good source of traffic to your website. Traffic Exchanges are vastly over looked. These programs actually work wonders. This process is pretty simple and easy to do. You sign up for an account and then you surf web pages. For every web page you surf you gain credits which turn into page impressions where other people can see your website. These programs are free and safe.

Tip #4: Safe list Programs – These are like email marketing campaigns except they are free. Most safe list exchanges are very effective and very responsive. Here is how the system works you sign up for an account. Then you may get anywhere from 20 to 40 emails per a safe list company. You click there specialized links for credit. Those credit acts as a reward you can redeem for email send outs. So instead of building your email list the hard way these exchanges are the best way to go.

Tip #5: YouTube Videos – What can I say about You tube videos. They can bring in thousandths of visitors to your website with an ease. Creating you tube videos can be an ease all you need is a power point system and internet. Creating PowerPoint slides about your website is easy using the information about your website that’s interesting. Make sure in between there are pictures that are relevant to your website. This is a great way to bring in good targeted traffic. This is a great method for free affiliate marketing.

Tip #6: Social Bookmarking – You probably know all about this but in case you don’t this is such a great system of building. Social Media is so popular and have grown in popularity every year. There are services that can post your social bookmark to many social sites. Just search Google for free social bookmarking. You can get unlimited traffic from social sites like Face book, and Twitter.

Tip #7: Pay Per Click – I know this isn’t a free method of traffic for free affiliate marketing but its a powerful way of sourcing traffic. Pay per click still works and can bring in instant traffic to your website. The key is to choose lower competition keywords to target and make sure you choose a certain price for each click that will get your ad clicked and shown. I would say 0.79 cents is an average for good clicks.

These are great ways of marketing your website. These tips and methods have worked wonders for me. They will most definitely work wonders for you. If you really want to maximize your earnings as an affiliate marketer then this is the way to go. But you have to push yourself and make an action of change.

Why Should I Start a Membership Site?

“If you want to start a membership website, the process up and down can seem a little overwhelming. But start with small steps, grow your business slowly and you are sure to have some success.” – Daryll Butler

————————————
There is no doubt that people are willing to make purchases online. People love online content and they are willing to spend money for it. If you choose to start a membership site, you could be earning a lot of money because of this fact. It doesn’t matter what niche you are working in, there is an audience that will be more than happy to buy your online content.

It couldn’t be easier to actually start a membership site. All you really need to do is find appropriate content for your niche and sell subscriptions. You can just find a method of password protecting your content. This has really become a big money maker for many people in the last few years and it’s time that you jump on the band wagon and start earning.

Not only are these sites easy to set up, but they are cheap to maintain. If you start a membership site right now, your monthly operating costs could be less than $12 each month. If you host several sites, then your operating costs for each will be even less!

If you take a look back to when paying for online content really started becoming a big business (around 2004), you’ll find that the industry grew 500% in one year from 2004 to 2005. There are almost no restrictions on what niche you could work in. People are willing to pay money for dog training content, stock car racing content and more. Take some time to do some research and discover the most profitable niches that you can, then capitalize on them and earn!

So, what if you don’t know what kind of membership site to start? Well that’s an easy fix, just think about what hobbies you are interested in. Do you have any kind of special knowledge that other people do not have. You can take that knowledge and start typing it out. Write out some articles that you can sell to your customers and then write out some short reports. You can use these short reports as giveaways to draw in new customers. You can begin doing this part time, then once you start to grow a wide customer base, you can dive into full time work.

To have a successful site, you need to consider several things. How will you accept payment? I prefer PayPal as they allow you to accept credit card purchases and money transfers from all over the world. You should also look into how you are going to be keeping in contact with you customer base – I suggest that you set up an autoresponder that stays in contact with your customers for you. Then all you need to do is check your e-mail about once a day to see if anyone is contacting you, and continue to promote your site.

If you want to start a membership website, the process up and down can seem a little overwhelming. But start with small steps, grow your business slowly and you are sure to have some success. Good luck!

Different Types of Online Advertising

When it comes to online advertising you’re spoilt for choice with the variety of positions and types of ads available, the only hard part is picking one. In order to choose you need to be aware of which types of ad are out there, then you’ll be able to weigh up which ones can help you with a successful advertising campaign.

Text Ads/PPC:

Text ads are the oldest and most basic form of online advertising as they’re literally just text hyperlinks. Text ads can be placed anywhere on sites and are usually only a couple of sentence long, though the maximum limit is around 5 sentences. Text ads rely on their wording to attract clicks and still have a respectable click through rate (CTR) when compared to banner ads or skyscrapers. They’ll usually be sold on a PPC (pay per click) basis, meaning advertisers are charged an agreed rate every time the link is clicked.

Banner Ads:

Banner ads are probably the most popular online advertising option as the majority of sites will have banner advertising of some sort due to their size. Banners are typically 468×60 pixels so they nicely fit into most horizontal gaps and are often placed at the top of pages for maximum exposure. They can be a still ad or an animated image and they’ll click through to the site of the company advertising. Banners are sold in pretty much every way going, including CPM (cost per 1,000 views), PPC (pay per click) or weekly/monthly/yearly charges.

Pop-Up Ads:

Undoubtedly the most annoying type of online advertising is the pop-up ad. Pop-up’s happen when you open a certain web pages and your browser automatically opens up another page with the ad on. They’re not always full pages through they always fill up a larger chunk of your screen with an ad that is more often than not, completely unrelated to your interests or the website you’re on. Pop-up’s are mainly just seen as spam now and are avoided by most marketers and advertising specialists.

Unicast Ads:

Similar to pop-ups are unicast ads, though they’re seen as less annoying. Unicast ads are pop-ups that run TV commercials with full audio and video content. They have a much higher CTR than generic pop-ups as they require a click through to access the actual website.

Skyscraper/Sidebar Ads:

Skyscraper ads, also called sidebar ads, are the vertical images or creatives that are usually found running along the right hand side of a web page. They work in the same way banner ads do, except they’re often visible for longer period of time af the length of them means you cant scroll past them as easily. Because of this they tend to have a higher CTR, usually 2 or 3 times higher than banners.

Floating Ads:

Floating ads are another one that does what it says on the tin. Floating ads hover, usually in the middle of your screen, when you access certain web pages. They can last anything up to 30 seconds and are often big enough so that you can’t see much else unless you click off or it times out. They’re usually quite targeted and have a good CTR although they’re often banded in the same class as pop-ups for their annoyingness.

Peel Back Ads:

Peel back pretty do what it says on the tin. A peel back ad will usually appear in the top right hand corner of a webpage and will look like the corner of a page being peeled down. Once you click on it, it will completely peel back to reveal a full ad, obscuring a significant chunk of the page. Most of the time they’ll only feature on homepages, though they can be found throughout sites.

Expanding Ads:

Expanding ads are similar to peel back ads and are often designed as banner ads that sit the top of a webpage. Once you roll over the ad with your curser (you don’t need to click) it will then expand to a larger ad or sometimes a video, again, obscuring a lot of the page and drawing your attention to it.

Interstitial Ads:

Interstitial ads are full pages that can be inserted in between the current page you’re on, and the destination page you’ve just clicked through too. They’ll nearly always be relevant to the pages you’re on and can either be on a timer, giving views enough time to read them, or you’ll find a ‘Skip this ad’ button somewhere on the page (or often both).

Safelist Ads:

Safelist Ads are email ads submitted to safelists. Safelist users can send ads manually or by submitters. Click here to download the SMASS Auto-Safelist Submitter and start sending ads to hundreds of safelists right now!
